OrderProtection.com is offered as an additional item at checkout. There’s no extra application process or forms to fill out, customers just checkout and are instantly protected against items:
- Stolen
- Delivered Not Received
- Damaged Item
- Lost in Transit
- Wrong Item

All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process.
Domestic Shipping: $10 Flat rate via USPS
International Shipping: Calculated at checkout by DHL
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders W/ Route Protection
If you added Route Protect at checkout, please file a claim with the Route team here for quick assistance with “in-transit” related issues. THE HMDD TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.
