Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders W/ Route Protection
If you added Route Protect at checkout, please file a claim with the Route team here for quick assistance with “in-transit” related issues. THE HMDD TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS AFTER THEY LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE AND ARE WITH THE PARCEL SERVICE.
Returns/Exchanges
