All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process.

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout by DHL or UPS
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders
THE HMDD TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE AND ARE IN THE HANDS OF THE PARCEL SERVICE. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE RESPECTIVE PARCEL SERVICE THAT IS DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE.

Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final. The HMDD team does NOT offer exchanges or returns of any kind. If a mistake is made on our end we will fix it for you. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted.
